In summer 2015, the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), with funding from NSF’s Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program, will provide undergraduates with opportunities to engage in scientific research focused on the effects of climate change in terrestrial and marine ecosystems.
UCSC’s REU program is an 8-week paid research internship from June 15 through August 7 held at our central campus overlooking the city of Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay. This program will accommodate up to eight undergraduate students, who will work closely with UCSC faculty working on diverse ecological projects related to climate change.
Our 2015 online application is now up and running, and due January 15, 2015. You can find a link to it by clicking on the “How to Apply” tab.
